Istanbul-based contemporary artist Alper Yahya transforms his background in graphic design and moving images into an interdisciplinary practice spanning painting, video, and public surfaces. His work, rooted in social and political awareness, includes murals, tattoos, video performances, and canvas-based pieces. Yahya has taught at University and received awards for his short films at Berlin Indie Film Festival and Robinson Film Festival.
